  • Hosting: You are solely responsible for the content you host, backups, and compliance with all applicable laws.
4. Payments and BillingPayments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. You agree to pay all charges at the prices displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are generally in USD unless otherwise stated and may exclude applicable taxes (which you are responsible for).For recurring subscriptions, you authorize automatic billing until you cancel. Keep your payment information current. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.5. Refunds and CancellationsDue to the nature of digital goods:
  • Digital Products, Software Keys, Licenses, Codes, and Subscriptions: All sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered (e.g., key sent by email or activated), except where required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
  • Domain Registrations/Renewals: Fees are non-refundable.
  • Hosting Services: Limited refunds may be available within a short period (e.g., 7–30 days) for annual plans, subject to our then-current Refund Policy and provided the service has not been significantly used or violated these Terms. Pro-rated refunds may apply at our discretion.
Cancellations of subscriptions must be requested through your account or by contacting support. No refunds will be issued for services already used or for accounts terminated due to violations of these Terms.6. User Responsibilities and Acceptable UseYou agree not to:
  • Use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
  • Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute Digital Products without our explicit authorization
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, crack, or misuse software keys/licenses
  • Upload malware, spam, or engage in abusive behavior
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Site or other users’ accounts
  • Violate any applicable laws, including intellectual property, data protection, and export control laws
For hosting services, you are fully responsible for your content and must not host illegal, harmful, or infringing material.7. Intellectual PropertyAll content on the Site (including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software) is owned by or licensed to Degikeys and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site and purchased Digital Products solely for personal or internal business use, in accordance with the license terms of each product.You retain ownership of any content you upload (for hosting), but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process it as needed to provide the Services.8. PrivacyYour use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.9. DisclaimersThe Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement).We do not guarantee:
  • Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service
  • Successful activation of software keys or continued access to third-party services
  • Compatibility of Digital Products with your systems
  • Specific uptime for hosting services
Third-party products and services (software licenses, domains, streaming platforms, etc.) are subject to their own terms and conditions, which prevail in case of conflict.10. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Degikeys and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.11.
